Commercial car, truck or fleet insurance have similar coverages as personal auto - physical damage, liability, medical payments, and uninsured/underinsured motorists, but go a step above to cover even more - like, goods transportation, hauling, towing, employees, etc.
Most policies are “named driver only” policies which covers only the drivers listed on the policy can operate the covered auto.
